Our workshops are free of charge, registration is usually required. The majority takes place via the web conferencing system Big Blue Button (BBB) of Leipzig University. You need an appropriate end device, however microphone and webcam are not required. Questions can be asked via chat. Please note target groups and requirements for participation.

Content | This workshop aims to provide guidelines for creating correct, accessible and graphically attractive visualisations of scientific data. The participants will become familiar with the basics of graphic design for data visualisation and learn how to create scientifically correct, effective and attractive graphics and how to avoid common pitfalls when visualising scientific data. It is particularly useful for those who are preparing their first scientific publication. |
